Role Overview:

We are building an AI-driven enterprise product powered by IBM WatsonX a next-generation platform designed to transform how businesses interact with data and automation. We are looking for a hands-on Software Developer who can contribute immediately to backend development, API integration, and enterprise solution delivery.

You will work closely with a Technical Lead and senior engineers to:

• Build and enhance backend services
• Integrate AI capabilities and enterprise platforms
• Support product development, implementations, and integrations for clients

This role is ideal for developers who are technically grounded, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a startup

environment.

Job Details:

• Experience: 2-4 yrs of experience in Python development
• CTC Bracket: Competitive, aligned with industry standards
• Qualification: BE / B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MTech.
• Location: Noida (WFO - 5 days)
• Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days (candidates with a notice period of less than 30 days are preferred)

Required Skills & Experience:

These skills are required to ensure immediate productivity:

Programming & Frameworks

• Strong hands-on experience with Python
• Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or Django

APIs & Integrations

• Hands-on experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs
• Experience consuming and integrating third-party services

Databases

• Working knowledge of SQL databases (PostgreSQL / MySQL)
• Basic experience with NoSQL databases (MongoDB or similar)

Cloud & DevOps Basics

Exposure to cloud platforms (IBM Cloud / AWS / Azure)

Working knowledge of:

o Git-based version control

o Docker and container fundamentals

o Basic CI/CD concepts

AI & Modern Tech Exposure (Required at Practical Level)

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts or AI-enabled applications (project or professional experience).
• Experience or familiarity integrating AI services or APIs.
• Willingness to work on IBM enterprise products such as WatsonX, Verify, Guardium with guidance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Backend Development & Integration

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python.
• Integrate IBM WatsonX services and other third-party APIs into enterprise platforms.
• Implement business logic, data processing workflows, and backend validations.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate server-side logic with user-facing components.

AI, Automation & Enterprise Systems

• Support development and integration of AI-driven features, chatbots, and automation workflows.
• Assist in building AI Agents / Agentic AI solutions under guidance.
• Work on integrations with enterprise systems (HRMS/HCMS, SaaS platforms, IAM, security tools).

Quality, Security & Delivery

• Write clean, reusable, testable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Implement basic security, authentication, authorization, and data protection practices.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
