What Youll Own & Drive:

• Architect and build robust, scalable features using Kotlin and the latest Android frameworks
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Backend Engineers to bring new ideas to life
• Own the full development cycle from brainstorming and prototyping to testing, release, and performance optimisation
• Write clean, modular, and testable code that sets the standard for Android excellence
• Continuously improve app performance, stability, and UX , ensuring a fast and smooth experience for millions of users
• Stay on top of Android trends , libraries, and best practices and help us stay ahead of the curve
• Take ownership of problems , not just tasks we love people who think beyond tickets and care about impact

What Were Looking For:

• 2-3 years of solid Android development experience with a deep understanding of the Android ecosystem
• Experience conducting code reviews and ensuring code quality across the team
• Proven expertise in Kotlin you write idiomatic, scalable, and maintainable code
• Strong grasp of modern Android architecture patterns like MVVM, MVI , and tools like Jetpack , Coroutines , Room , etc.
• Hands-on experience integrating RESTful APIs , WebSockets , Firebase , Crashlytics , and analytics tools
• Ability to lead end-to-end development from design discussions to deployment and post-release improvements
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills you can align tech and product teams with ease
• A passion for startups, fast-paced environments , and building user-first experiences

The FRND team operates six days a week, with every 1st and 3rd Saturday working
