Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Design and develop scalable, secure, and maintainable Java-based microservices architecture for complex applications.
- Lead a team of developers to deliver high-quality software products on time, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical designs that meet customer needs.
- Ensure adherence to design patterns, coding standards, and best practices throughout the development process.
Job Requirements :
- 10+ years of experience in Java programming language with expertise in Spring Boot framework.
- Strong understanding of design patterns (e.g., Microservices) and ability to apply them effectively in real-world scenarios.
- Proven track record of successfully leading teams or mentoring junior engineers towards achieving project goals.
