Your Responsibilities:


  • Enrich the Hire-to-Retire Product Team by bringing in your interest in HCM topics and technical understanding
  • Analyze and translate client needs into system functionalities and workflows
  • Support global project work, such as the implementation of Oracle HCM, as part of the Hire-to-Retire Product Team and prepare for continuous operation
  • Take responsibility for implementing, configuring, and optimizing HR software, e.g., Oracle HCM, as the technical counterpart for HR
  • Collaborate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and international colleagues to strengthen Business IT


Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed degree in Business Management, Informatics, or a comparable education
  • 1-3 years of relevant professional experience in Business IT, ideally with a focus on Hire-to-Retire processes
  • Knowledge of Oracle HCM is beneficial
  • Understanding of business processes in Hire-to-Retire as well as accounting and controlling.
  • Excellent English skills, both written and spoken
  • Independent, analytical and solution-oriented working style
  • Enjoy working in teams, including cross-departmental collaboration, paired with strong communication skills
