Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. - Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. - Work with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations. - Manage and coordinate activities related to software configuration management. - Identify and implement best practices for software configuration management. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement software configuration management processes. - Ensure compliance with software configuration management policies and procedures. - Monitor and report on software configuration management activities and metrics. - Provide guidance and support to team members on software configuration management practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of software configuration management processes. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in software configuration management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices. - Experience in implementing and managing software configuration management tools and systems. - Knowledge of version control systems and release management processes. - Familiarity with software development methodologies and practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
