Summary: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. Increase efficiency by managing processes, resources and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls and delivery targets. Requires working with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead and oversee the configuration management process. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery. - Implement best practices for product integrity and quality assurance. - Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members. - Analyze and optimize processes to enhance operational efficiency. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of SAP SD modules and functionalities. - Experience in configuring and customizing SAP SD to meet business requirements. - Knowledge of integration points with other SAP modules. - Hands-on experience in SAP implementation projects. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 year of education is required.
