Summary: As a Software Configuration Lead, you will ensure the product delivery and integrity during the overall product lifecycle. You will increase efficiency by managing processes, resources, and technologies to ensure the smooth flow of operations to meet cost, quality, controls, and delivery targets. This role requires working with individuals and teams from development through implementation across organizations. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Manage and oversee the configuration management process. - Ensure adherence to configuration management policies and procedures. - Identify and implement improvements to the configuration management process. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define configuration baselines. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Quality Management (QM). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries. - Strong understanding of configuration management principles and best practices. - Experience with configuration management tools such as SAP Solution Manager. - Knowledge of software development lifecycle and change management processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP Quality Management (QM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.
