Project Role Description : Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements.

Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the Configuration Lead, designing software configurations, and ensuring that the customization aligns with the business process design and application requirements. You will also contribute to the implementation of the configuration management plan and provide support to the development team. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Assist in the design of software configuration and customization - Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead - Contribute to the implementation of the configuration management plan Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Core Banking - Good To Have Skills: Experience with software configuration management tools - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles - Experience in designing software configurations and customizations - Knowledge of business process design and application requirements Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Core Banking - This position is based at our Pune office - A degree as per Org standards is required
