Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements using Veeva Vault. Roles & Responsibilities: - Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements using Veeva Vault. - Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of software configuration and customization. - Provide technical support to the development team and end-users for software configuration and customization. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in Veeva Vault. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in software configuration management tools. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience in software customization. - Experience in software development life cycle (SDLC). Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Veeva Vault. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software configuration and customization solutions. - This position is based at our Kolkata office.
