Good to have skills : NetApp NAS Architecture and Design

Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. You will also assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and enhancement of software systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the design and implementation of software configuration and customization. - Collaborate with the Configuration Lead to ensure the successful execution of the configuration management plan. - Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to improve software quality. - Troubleshoot and resolve software configuration issues. - Conduct testing and debugging of software configurations. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in software configuration management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Veritas NetBackup Administration. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with NetApp NAS Architecture and Design. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices. - Experience in designing and implementing software configuration management processes. - Knowledge of version control systems and tools such as Git or SVN. - Familiarity with software build and release processes. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve software configuration issues. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in Veritas NetBackup Administration. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
