Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to align with business process design and application requirements, ensuring that all configurations meet the specified standards and contribute to the overall project goals. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that the software solutions are effectively tailored to meet the needs of the organization, while also participating in discussions to enhance the configuration processes and address any challenges that arise throughout the project lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Assist in the documentation of configuration processes and standards to ensure clarity and consistency. - Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in software configuration. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience with customization and configuration of SAP modules. - Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD). - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
