Summary: As a Workday Security Consultant, you will implement the security configuration plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve collaborating with the Configuration Lead, analyzing business process design, and implementing software configuration and customization solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: Ample experience in creating security groups, assigning roles, maintaining sec groups. Experience in service centre models. Created service centre representatives and assigning representative to USBG. Perform security updates on day-to-day basis and look into to the user sign in issues. Assigning proxy access to the users. Configuring Role based and User based security roles Good Hands-on Experience in Working with EIBs (Inbound) file for uploading , modifying data Creating basic reports for pulling the data as per the customer requirements Functional Knowledge of Assets, Suppliers, banking & Settlement and Expenses Module Worked on conversion activities in Workday Implementation project for Assets and Banking Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM, Workday Security, Workday Strategy & Planning. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles and best practices. - Knowledge of business process design and application requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Workday Core HCM and should have hands on experience on Workday Security. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required. Good to Have: - Should have participated in Tenant build activities.
