Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements using Service Integration and Management (SIAM) skills. Roles & Responsibilities: - Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements using Service Integration and Management (SIAM) skills. - Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of software configuration and customization. - Provide technical support and troubleshooting for software configuration and customization issues. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Service Integration and Management (SIAM) skills. - Good To Have Skills: Infrastructure Service Management. - Experience in software configuration and customization. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience with software configuration management tools. - Experience with software development methodologies. - Experience with software testing methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Service Integration and Management (SIAM). - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
