Summary: As a Software Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead. Your typical day will involve assisting in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements using ServiceNow Custom Application Creation. Roles & Responsibilities: - Design and develop ServiceNow custom applications using ServiceNow Studio and ServiceNow APIs. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design solutions that meet business needs. - Implement software configuration and customization to meet business process design and application requirements. - Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements. - Ensure that all ServiceNow applications are developed and maintained according to best practices and standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow Studio and ServiceNow APIs. - Strong understanding of software configuration management principles. - Experience in software development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS. - Experience in Agile software development methodologies. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Creation. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in computer science or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful software solutions. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
