Software Automation Engineer

YOUR ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Designing and developing test automation scripts.

Designing intelligent solutions to Automation.

Create and maintain automated test suites for various software products

Preparation of test scenarios/cases/execution and test results.

Reporting any defects / Observation on day to day basis

Collaborating with QA Analysts and Software Developers to develop solutions.

Keeping updated with the latest industry developments.

Communicate issues and needs effectively to stake holders.

Ability to work well within an Agile development environment

Raise Quality issues in a timely manner for the product development cycle

Continually develop and execute an improving suite of test cases for each product

Required Qualification (Recruiter to Ensure adding education and exact EXP for this role):

Proficiency in Java.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

3+ years experience writing functional test automation scripts for Web applications and Web services

(REST based) using Selenium is a must

3+ years experience working with Java, Git, Maven, Selenium, and Postman

Choose selenium tools and Configuring Selenium Test Environment (Ex:Eclipse IDE, Java, Selenium

WebDriver and TestNG etc)

Expertise in understanding manual test cases and converting into Automation Scripts.

Good knowledge on regression and functional testing.\

Good knowledge/Experience in Database (SQL)

Experience with API mocking tools, such as WireMock is an added advantage
