Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Soft Skill Trainer . The Soft Skill Trainer will design and deliver engaging training sessions focusing on soft skills, including communication and life skills, tailored to meet the needs of disadvantaged youth. The responsibilities include conducting training workshops, creating relevant course materials, monitoring trainee progress, and providing constructive feedback. The trainer will also collaborate with team members to develop and enhance the overall training curriculum.

Qualifications

• Graduate in English/Communicative English with minimum 1 year experience in PD/Soft Skill/English Training
• Strong expertise in Presentation Skills, Communication, and Soft Skills training
• Ability to teach and mentor individuals in Life Skills and interpersonal development
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Empathy, patience, and the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds
• Relevant certification or degree in education, human resources, or related fields is preferred
