Key Responsibilities:

• As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will:
• Develop and deliver training programs focused on employability skills.

• Collaborate with faculty and industry experts to align training with current job market demands.
• Proven experience in soft skills training or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and inspire students.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
• Proven experience in academic administration or operations.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with academic management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
