Job Title: Rural Development

Qualification:

• Masters degree in Management, Administration, Social Work, Rural Development, or related field from a recognized university/institution.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in the public or social sector.
• At least 5 years of experience leading multidisciplinary teams and managing projects.
• Prior work in womens economic empowerment initiatives in West Bengal preferred.
• Experience in bilateral/multilateral or externally aided projects is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong leadership, management, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bengali (written & verbal).
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong networking, advocacy, and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel across districts and manage multiple assignments.
