Job Description

This is an exciting role of a Trainer Search & Social requires you to train & upskill people and creatively support with digital media campaign cycle for our global brands. Your expertise of ad tech and knowledge of the digital campaign cycle would make you a great fit for this position. This is a great opportunity to work closely with the Capability/CoE team and with top global brands



This is an exciting role and would entail you to:

  • Responsible for helping teams manage paid social campaigns end to end including setup, optimizations & reporting
  • Design and deliver structured training programs (beginner to advanced) across Search and Paid Social platforms
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new hires and upskilling sessions for existing employees
  • Develop platform-specific and cross-channel learning paths aligned to business goals
  • Partner with Capability Leads and Team Managers to identify training needs, skill gaps, and certification requirements
  • Track progress and evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance improvement
  • Conduct live workshops, certification bootcamps (e.g., Meta Blueprint, Google Skillshop), and simulation-based learning
  • Create, maintain, and update training materials, playbooks, and SOPs
  • Drive adoption of best practices, tools, and automation frameworks across campaign planning, execution, and reporting
  • Contribute to career pathing initiatives by mapping.


This may be the right role for you if you have:

  • A full time graduate degree(Mandatory)
  • 56 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, with a strong emphasis on Meta Ads & Google Ads (essential). Experience with other search and social platforms is an added advantage
  • Proven experience in training, coaching, or mentoring within an agency or corporate setting, will be a plus
  • Strong understanding of platform capabilities, measurement frameworks and optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Certified in at least two of the social platforms & Google Ads/Microsoft Ads
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Familiarity with QA processes, campaign governance, and tool-based workflows (e.g., SA360, Sprinklr etc.) is a plus.
