Role Description

Le Techie is expanding and looking for a full-time remote Social Media & Website Operations Associate to support our internal brand and client projects. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who want hands-on exposure to real client work in digital marketing, AI-driven businesses, and content operations.

What You'll Do:

• Create professional social media creatives using Canva (strong skills required)
• Manage and schedule posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.
• Maintain social media hygiene and consistency
• Assist with minor WordPress updates (blogs, formatting, page edits)
• Support basic tool usage (e.g., Ticket Tailor or similar platforms)
• Coordinate content calendars and reporting

What We're Looking For:

• Strong Canva design capability (non-negotiable)
• Basic working knowledge of WordPress
• Strong written English
• Organized, deadline-driven, self-managed
• Based in Chandigarh, Patiala, or Punjab (preferred)

Compensation

• 3-month evaluation period: 10-15K per month
• Post-confirmation: 23 LPA (performance-based)
