Were on the hunt for a Social Media Team Lead who can OWN our online presence, drive organic growth, and turn our brand into a powerhouse across multiple platforms. We want someone who doesnt just post and ghost we want someone who lives and breathes social media strategy and is excited to help us dominate new channels.

Your Superpowers:

Personal Branding & Growth: Take Amar Singh Bedis official profile from 190K to 1 Million followers. www.instagram.com/amarbediofficial . Were already crushing it, but we need someone who can push us into the next stratosphere with killer content, viral strategies, and growth hacks.

LinkedIn Mastery: Build and grow Amars professional presence on LinkedIn, turning it into a hub of thought leadership while managing ProSyncs official page to perfection.

YouTube Strategist: Were ready to go big on YouTube and we need someone who knows the ins and outs of creating compelling, binge-worthy content that attracts views organically. From ideation to execution, youll lead the charge.

Organic Growth Guru: Pinterest, Quora, Reddit you name it. If theres a platform where we can organically reach and engage an audience, we want YOU to spearhead it. Bring your creativity, knowledge of algorithms, and content hacks to drive massive reach.

Email Whisperer: Manage email communications with finesse from lead inquiries to social media DMs ensuring no opportunity slips through the cracks.

Content Wizardry: Plan, create, and execute scroll-stopping content. Memes, thought leadership posts, reels youll do it all while staying on-brand and on-trend.

Analytical Mindset: Track, analyze, and optimize. Youll use data to fine-tune strategies, increase engagement, and grow our community faster than ever before.

Tech-Savvy & Automation Guru: Be well-versed with all the social media and automation tools that streamline processes, measure performance, and maximize engagement. Your technical acumen will ensure our campaigns run like a well-oiled machine.

This Role Is Perfect For You If You:

Have 2-5 years of social media management experience with a strong portfolio of growing YouTube and other organic platforms.

Have scaled personal or brand profiles from 100K to 500K+ (bonus points if youve hit that elusive 1M).

Know how to create content that not only gets likes but drives results whether its leads, followers, or brand love.

Are obsessed with algorithms, trends, and hacking organic growth.

Have stellar communication and storytelling skills words are your superpower.

Can juggle multiple platforms and projects without dropping the ball.

Are self-driven, proactive, and excited to build something epic from the ground up.
