About the Role


Location: Gurgaon (in office role that requires travelling to client offices and market research often)


Hypronline is looking for a strategic thinker, not just a poster.

We want someone who understands marketing fundamentals, has a creative-first mindset, and can build platform-wise content strategies based on user psychology, competitor research, and brand positioning. If your brain naturally connects consumer insights content ideas campaign strategy, this role is for you.



Key Responsibilities


  1. Strategy & Planning

Build monthly & quarterly social media strategies for clients across FMCG, D2C, Healthcare,

Hospitality, and Services.

Create clear content directions using consumer psychology, brand positioning, and marketing

objectives.

Develop platform-specific content roadmaps (Instagram, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).


2. Research & Insights

Conduct competitor analysis, trend mapping, audience persona research, and content audits.

Translate research into insight-driven ideas, not generic posts.

Identify brand opportunities and white spaces in the category.


3. Creative Ideation

Generate high-quality content ideas (static, video, reels, UGC-led, storytelling).

Work closely with creative teams to convert ideas into executions.

Ensure brand voice remains consistent yet innovative.


4. Campaign Planning & Performance

Conceptualize campaign ideas with hooks, messaging, and communication flow.

Track performance metrics and refine strategies accordingly.

Prepare strategic client presentations & pitch decks.



Required Skill Set

Strong understanding of marketing principles, consumer psychology, and communication

strategy.

Ability to do deep research and derive insights.

Proven experience in building strategies, not just creating posts.

Excellent command over storytelling, hooks, and trend adaptation.

Understanding of analytics (Meta Insights, GA4, Instagram metrics).

Ability to think out-of-the-box and connect creative ideas to business goals.

Note : If you were able to create viral content for brands in the past- it will be a Big Plus


Experience

25 years in strategy, brand planning, or social media strategy roles.

Preferably from agencies or high-growth D2C brands.

Portfolio/case studies of strategies executed (not just posts made).
