Job Summary:
Were looking for a Creative Strategist who sits at the intersection of ideas, culture, and execution. This role is for someone who understands branding, storytelling, and audience psychology, actively consumes international content, and knows how to turn insights into high-performing creative directions.
Youll work closely with video editors and designers to guide ideas from concept to execution, making sure the brand shows up consistently, creatively, and strategically across platforms like YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X (Twitter). This is a full-stack creative leadership role. You will own the entire loop: Ideation Scripting Visual Direction Analytics Iteration.
Key Responsibilities:
Creative Strategy & Narrative Design:
- Brand DNA: Define and evolve VeeFlys voice, tone, and visual identity to ensure we dominate the global creator conversation.
- The "Why" Behind the "What": Build content pillars and creative frameworks designed for scale, ensuring we aren't just chasing trends but building brand equity.
- Global Trend Mapping: Track international content ecosystems (US, UK, global YouTubers) and adapt high-performing hooks for the VeeFly audience with lightning speed.
High-Conversion Ad Engineering:
- Scripting for Retention: Write scroll-stopping ad copies, hooks, and scripts that understand the delicate balance between viral reach and revenue conversion.
- Creative Directing: Partner with video editors and designers to ensure the "soul" of the idea survives the edit. You guide the pacing, the "hook," and the visual metaphors.
- Rapid Prototyping: Jump into Canva or Photoshop to tweak a creative when a trend breaks or a campaign needs an immediate pivot.
Social Ecosystem, ORM & Data Intelligence:
- Social Orchestration: Oversee the content strategy across all platforms, ensuring every post is intentional and performance-led.
- Analytics as a Language: Read data (CTR, Retention, Sentiment) to "kill" underperforming formats without ego and double down on winners with intent.
- Brand Perception (ORM): Lead the Online Reputation Management (ORM) strategy, ensuring our community interactions reflect our high-trust, AI-first brand.
Who You Are
- Experience: 24 years in Creative Strategy, Copywriting, or Performance Marketing.
- The "Generalist" Edge: Youve lived at the intersection of ad creatives, social media, and analyticsnot just one silo.
- Cultural Literacy: You consume international content daily. You know what's happening on YouTube, TikTok, and X in the US/UK markets before it hits the mainstream.
- Builder Mindset: You don't wait for a ticket; you identify a bottleneck in the funnel and write a script to fix it.
- Data-Fluent: You believe that creativity without analytics is just decoration.
