Role Overview:

The Social Media Operations Coordinator will play a pivotal role in streamlining and optimizing our marketing processes and campaigns, with a particular focus on YouTube channel management and video releases. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and excited about the ever-evolving world of digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and manage marketing projects from inception to completion.

2. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of video releases.

3. Monitor and analyze YouTube channel performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

4. Maintain and update our marketing database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.

5. Oversee the management of our YouTube channel, ensuring content is scheduled, published, and optimized effectively.

6. Coordinate with external vendors and partners, especially video production teams.

7. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media, especially YouTube and video marketing.

8. Assist in budget tracking and reporting.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field would be an advantage.

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing operations, preferably with a focus on YouTube channel management.

- Excellent organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Understanding of YouTube analytics and other video marketing tools.

- Familiarity with social media platforms and video marketing trends.

- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
