Youll lead brand storytelling, campaign planning, and audience engagement across platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and more. If youre passionate about trends, reels, and viral content and know how to turn them into measurable growth this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and grow clients social media accounts across platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
• Analyze data from social media accounts and keep making changes to maintain steady growth
• Develop personalized marketing strategies for each brand and its specific audience
• Perform extensive research on current trends and audience preferences
• Staying up-to-date on the latest social media trends (Instagram reels/memes)
• Understand the social media IPs and algorithms to be able to come up with content/campaigns that go viral
• Work on coming up with brand-specific ideas and content
• Be great at communicating with the team and clients (both current and potential)
• Join & lead client calls to report performance and discuss strategy
• Share performance reports with insights and recommendations

What to Bring

• 23 years of proven social media experience (agency or brand side)
• Hands-on familiarity with Meta Business Suite, Analytics, and other relevant tools
• Strong grasp of social trends, Gen Z culture, and internet lingo
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical mindset you can read numbers and tell a story from data
• Creativity, curiosity, and initiative to experiment with new content formats
