Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Expert to manage, grow, and optimize our brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of social media trends, strong content strategy skills, and experience executing data-backed campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Create monthly content calendars, theme plans, and posting schedules.
- Identify audience insights and platform-specific trends to drive engagement.
2. Content Creation & Management
- Write, design, or supervise the creation of high-quality posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos.
- Ensure consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and video editors for creative output.
3. Platform Management
- Manage daily activities on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and others.
- Monitor page performance, respond to audience queries, and manage community engagement.
- Grow followers organically and through paid strategies.
4. Paid Social Media Advertising
- Plan and execute paid campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.
- Optimize budgets, target audiences, and ad creatives for maximum ROI.
- Track and report on performance metrics (CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS).
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor insights and analytics across platforms to measure KPI performance.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis and trend research.
6. Influencer & Collaboration Management
- Identify, evaluate, and manage influencer partnerships.
- Coordinate brand collaborations, barter deals, and paid partnerships.
- Track influencer performance and content output.
7. Campaign Execution
- Conceptualize and run campaigns for product launches, sales events, contests, and brand awareness.
- Ensure timely delivery of campaign assets and alignment with marketing goals.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Strong understanding of social platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Suite, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, and scheduling tools.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and creative thinking skills.
