Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and grow our digital presence across all major social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media platforms, executing paid advertising campaigns and driving engagement and conversions through data-driven marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media content strategies aligned with brand goals and marketing objectives.
- Plan, create and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
- Manage and monitor all social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and engagement.
- Track and analyze social media performance metrics and optimize strategies accordingly.
Content Creation & Publishing
- Plan and execute content calendars for all social media platforms.
- Create engaging posts including graphics, captions, videos, reels and stories.
- Coordinate with design and marketing teams for high-quality visual content.
- Ensure consistent brand voice across all digital channels.
Paid Advertising & Campaign Management
- Plan, execute and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns.
- Manage Google Ads campaigns, including search, display and remarketing.
- Implement retargeting strategies to improve conversions and ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize ads based on KPIs.
SEO & Content Marketing
- Implement SEO best practices for website content and blogs.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content for organic search rankings.
- Write and publish SEO-friendly blogs and articles to increase traffic and brand authority.
- Track SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console.
Campaign Planning & Execution
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media and search platforms.
- Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for improvement.
Analytics & Reporting
- Monitor marketing performance metrics, including reach, engagement, leads and conversions.
- Prepare regular reports on social media, ad campaigns, and SEO performance.
- Use insights to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Experience with retargeting, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
- Good understanding of SEO, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Excellent content writing and blog writing skills.
- Familiarity with social media management tools.
- Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and Search Console.
- Strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with video content, reels, and short-form content strategy.
- Experience working with performance marketing campaigns.
