India Signing Hands is looking for a highly creative, strategic, and hands-on Social Media Specialist to lead our digital engagement and grow our vibrant community. If you're passionate about impactful storytelling, trends, and results we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

Promote content from all our verticals: ISH News, ISH Kids, ISH Shiksha, and CallSign

Grow and manage our subscriber and follower base on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and more

Create engaging, creative, and platform-optimized content to inform, entertain, and inspire

Capture photos, record and edit videos/images using mobile and AI-powered tools for fast, high-quality output

Actively respond to comments, DMs, and engage with our online community

Stay on top of social media trends, formats, and viral content opportunities and adapt them for our brand

Use analytics and insights to monitor performance and improve strategy

Plan and manage content calendars aligned with brand goals and audience interests

Apply knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and keyword strategies to boost visibility and engagement

Who We're Looking For:

Strong content creation and storytelling skills with a creative twist

Skilled in mobile editing apps and AI-based tools (e.g., CapCut, InShot, Canva, VN, etc.)

Up-to-date with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices

Proactive, quick, and responsive in trend adaptation and content delivery

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Solid understanding of SEO, hashtags, and keyword optimization

A team player with passion for inclusive, impact-driven digital media
