About the Role

Multiplier AI Limited is looking for a creative, execution-focused, and AI-powered Social Media Marketing Specialist with 3 years of hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, video editing, email marketing, lead generation and design.

This role is ideal for someone who can conceptualize, create, edit, design, and publish high-quality social media content at scale, leveraging modern AI tools to increase speed, consistency, and impact.

You will play a key role in building brand visibility, engagement, and authority across AI, pharma, healthcare, and B2B ecosystems.

This is a high-output, performance-driven role where creativity, execution speed, and AI proficiency matter equally.

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Content Creation & Execution

Plan, create, and publish daily content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms

Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs, and post copies aligned with brand voice

Develop content calendars and execute campaigns consistently

2. Video Editing & Short-Form Content

Create short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn videos) for marketing and brand awareness

Edit videos using tools like CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or AI video tools

Repurpose long-form content into high-performing video snippets

3. Graphic Design & Visual Content

Design creatives, carousels, banners, and infographics for social media

Maintain brand consistency across all visual assets

Work with design tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe tools, or AI design platforms

4. AI-Powered Content Creation (Minimum 10 Tools Hands-On)

Use AI tools extensively for ideation, creation, editing, and optimization, including but not limited to:

ChatGPT / Gemini / Claude

Midjourney / DALLE / Leonardo AI

Canva AI / Adobe Firefly

CapCut AI / Descript / Runway

Jasper / Copy.ai / Notion AI

Social scheduling & automation tools

AI will be used to:

Speed up content ideation and creation

Generate captions, scripts, visuals, and variations

Repurpose content efficiently at scale

5. Content Writing & Copywriting

Write social media posts, scripts, captions, blogs, and marketing content

Adapt tone for B2B, pharma, healthcare, and CXO audiences

Ensure clarity, originality, and engagement across all formats

6. Performance Tracking & Optimization

Track engagement, reach, and content performance

Optimize content based on insights and trends

Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media with growth goals
