Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and marketing campaigns.
• Write engaging captions, coordinate creatives, and ensure timely posting.
• Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement to build strong online communities.
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and marketing team members for campaign execution.
• Stay updated with social media trends, reels formats, and algorithm changes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, engagement tactics, and platform algorithms.
• Excellent written communication and creative thinking skills.
• Basic knowledge of Canva, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools.
• Ability to manage multiple client accounts and meet deadlines.
• Freshers with strong internships or practical experience may also apply.

Preferred:

• Experience running paid ads on Meta or Google.
• Knowledge of analytics, brand positioning, and campaign planning.
