Role Description

We are looking for a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team at our Headquarters in Andheri, Mumbai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing all social media platforms, developing and implementing effective content strategies, and ensuring high engagement with our target audience. You will also create and execute social media campaigns, monitor analytics, collaborate with other teams to drive marketing initiatives, and adapt strategies to current digital marketing trends.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
• Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Content Strategy
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and adapt strategies to improve performance
• Experience in the education or childhood development sector is a plus
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for social media trends
