Were looking for a Customer Experience & Social Media Manager to be the voice of our brand across WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and Gmail.
What youll do:
- Handle all customer conversations with warmth & professionalism
- Convert leads into sales through one-on-one consultative selling
- Manage social media DMs/comments & build engagement
- Coordinate with design/ops teams to deliver a seamless experience
What were looking for:
- 34 years experience in customer service / sales / social media
- Fluent English, strong written & spoken communication
