Social Media Manager (Onsite) | RUH by Ruchi Tandon | Gurgaon (Sector 62)

RUH by Ruchi Tandon is a premium fashion jewellery brand, and were looking for a Social Media Manager who can help build RUH into a daily-content powerhousethrough sharp creative direction, strong execution, and a deep love for jewellery aesthetics.

Location: Onsite RUH Office, Sector 62, Gurgaon (Haryana)

Role Type: Full-time

Compensation: Up to 6,00,000 CTC per annum (maximum budget; final offer depends on experience & fit)

• Plan and execute daily content across Instagram (primary), Facebook and other relevant platforms
• Create and manage a content calendar : shoots, reels, stories, carousels, launches, campaigns
• Capture content that converts: product-first jewellery shots , styling-led videos, trend-led reels (brand-aligned)
• Write strong captions, hooks, CTAs, and maintain RUHs voice consistently
• Build and engage the community: replies, DMs, comments, UGC, customer highlights
• Track performance (reach, engagement, saves, clicks, conversions) and improve what works
• Coordinate with the team for new drops, styling, in-store moments, festive campaigns, collaborations
• Take ownership of the website content (product uploads, banners, collections, basic hygiene + updates) to support online sales

• 2+ years experience in social media/content for fashion / jewellery / beauty / lifestyle
• A strong portfolio (links to handles, reels, campaigns, or a work deck)
• A keen eye for jewellery design, styling, and detail shots (macro/product storytelling matters here)
• Comfortable shooting on phone + basic editing apps (reels-first mindset)
• Strong understanding of what works on social: formats, trends, hooks, retention, creative testing
• Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, analytics, scheduling, and (bonus) basic paid boosts/ads
• AI-friendly (bonus): using AI tools to speed up workflowscaptions, content ideation, editing assistance, creative iterationswhile keeping the output premium and brand-right
• Able to work onsite from our Sector 62, Gurgaon office
