This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Manager based in Pune. The selected candidate will oversee the creation and execution of social media marketing strategies, manage daily content creation, and monitor engagement levels across various platforms. Responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, managing campaigns, collaborating with internal teams, and ensuring brand consistency across all digital channels. The role also involves staying updated with the latest trends and innovations in social media and digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing strategies and techniques
• Experience in Marketing and developing outreach strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of analytics tools to track and improve campaign performance
• Ability to work collaboratively and lead cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Familiarity with the cultural and demographic landscape of Indian markets
