Timings: 10:30 AM to 7:30 PM, 9-hour workday

Days: Monday to Saturday for 2 weeks

Monday to Friday for 2 weeks

Please read the Job Role:

This candidate will be a subject matter expert for social channels and digital-led campaigns within the team. He/She/They will demonstrate strong ownership, and attention to detail and maintain clear and concise communication across leadership levels. He/She/They is an advocate for the customer experience on Social Media, providing ongoing social-specific insights.


Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To The Following

  • Own the social media strategy which includes content creation, ORM, & monthly calendars
  • Develop and launch paid social media campaigns for all owned brands. Make sure we build a robust media strategy and share learnings regularly to make sure we are consistently improving.
  • Responsibilities include campaign testing and learning sharing, reporting, etc.
  • Creates social media campaigns with content creation, and implements schedules.
  • Ensures brand consistency in marketing and social media messages by working with various company department members, including advertising, product development, and brand management.
  • Coordinates with the copywriting team, content creation team, and the design team to achieve given objectives, and tasks.
  • Records & overlooks all blockers by colleagues as well as junior team members.
  • Manage creative, media & influencer agencies to plan and execute campaigns.
  • Create social-first campaigns to deliver on the KPIs.
  • Analyze and report social channel and activation performance to quantify the effectiveness of campaigns and drive scalable learnings.
  • Social media listening, monitoring & reporting.
  • Conduct competitor & scans based on the brand.
  • Focus on creating appropriate response sheets for different social media platforms.
  • Overlook, Manage & Handle social media pages of client brands.
  • Work with platform partners to ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices.
  • Continuously ideate and innovate within the social space.


Basic Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in social media management, and/or social media planning.
  • Passion for social media and understanding of its business impact.
  • Experience working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams.
  • Experience managing and negotiating media and content contracts.
  • Understanding of the creative development process and media planning.
  • Ability & knowledge to use AI tools to automate workflows.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality social media campaigns in very dynamic environments & creating distribution for brands across digital platforms.
  • 5+ years of progressive responsibility in social media marketing and brand advertising
  • Highly detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills - the ability to capture and use various data points to develop and measure marketing programs.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence others.
  • Ability to partner cross-functionally and work with a wide range of stakeholders, team members, and people across different categories & industries.
  • Have prior work experience in the FnB/Fashion/Lifestyle category.
