Social Media / Marketing Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Social Media / Marketing Manager. The successful candidate will manage and execute social media strategies, plan and optimize advertising campaigns, and develop content strategies to enhance brand visibility. Responsibilities also include handling social media accounts, monitoring analytics, ensuring audience engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.

• Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO).
• Strong Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage diverse audiences.
• Experience in developing and implementing Content Strategies.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing practices and tools.
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills and the ability to track and optimize social media performance.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple projects effectively.
• Experience with design tools like Canva or similar software is a plus.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
