Job Summary
Novella Kitchens is seeking a creative, disciplined, and self-sufficient Social Media Marketing Manager to manage content creation and engagement across our social media platforms.
The role requires : hands-on involvement in creating high-quality visual content, including reels, posts, and on-site kitchen shoots, with a strong focus on brand consistency and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content aligned with brand objectives
- Design creatives using Canva and other basic editing platforms.
- Shoot and edit reels and short-form videos for social media platforms
- Confidently appear on camera for brand reels and content, as required.
- Conduct kitchen and showroom shoots to capture real project visuals.
- Develop unique and creative content ideas to enhance reach and engagement.
- Write clear, engaging captions and follow content trends
- Ensure timely delivery of content with a strong focus on quality
- Manage multiple content tasks independently with minimal supervision.
- Plan Content for 15 days in advanced using Excel and Calendar.
- Highly productive, detail-oriented, and quality-focused.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and understand the luxury brand.
- Passionate about content creation and social media engagement with perfection.
