Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our social media presence across all major platforms. This role will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that grow brand awareness, drive engagement, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development:
• Create and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals and marketing campaigns.

• Content Planning & Creation:
• Develop content calendars and oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video) tailored to each platform.

• Platform Management:
• Manage day-to-day activities on platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Threads, and emerging platforms.
• Community Management:
• Monitor, engage with, and grow online communities. Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and brand-consistent manner.

• Analytics & Reporting:
• Track KPIs (reach, engagement, CTR, conversions, etc.), analyze performance, and prepare monthly reports with actionable insights.

• Paid Social Campaigns:
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns to support lead generation, product launches, or other marketing initiatives.

• Collaboration:
• Work closely with content creators, designers, copywriters, and other marketing team members to ensure cohesive brand messaging.

• Trend Monitoring:
• Stay current on social media trends, algorithm updates, and platform changes to keep the brand ahead of the curve.
