Job Description
We are looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Social Media Manager. If you understand content, culture, analytics, and growth, and can turn ideas into impact, we want you on our team.
This role requires someone who can think creatively, execute independently, and drive measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brands and business goals.
- Plan monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other relevant platforms.
- Lead content creation including Reels, carousels, static posts, and trend-based content.
- Design high-quality creatives primarily using Canva.
- Oversee brand shoots, campaign concepts, and storytelling direction.
- Monitor community engagement and manage audience interactions professionally.
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights, reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Stay ahead of trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and creative teams for integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong expertise in Canva (primary design tool).
- Deep understanding of Instagram growth, Reels strategy, and engagement tactics.
- Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret social insights.
- Ability to manage multiple brands or projects simultaneously.
- Creative thinker with strong execution skills.
