Key Responsibilities

Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.).

Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns to promote products and brand awareness.

Develop creative posts including graphics, reels, short videos, and captions.

Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas relevant to the HVAC/AC industry.

Track engagement metrics and prepare basic performance reports.

Coordinate with the design and marketing team for product promotions and launches.

Support in on-site shoots, product demos, and real-time content creation.

Eligibility Criteria

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing.

Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.

Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing tools, or similar design software.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.
