Responsibilities

1. Work on assisting in handling the social media accounts of ours (@sommerbeautyindia)

2. Analyze data from social media accounts and keep making changes to maintain steady growth

3. Develop personalized marketing strategies

4. Perform extensive research on current trends and audience preferences

5. Work on staying up-to-date on the latest Instagram reels trends

6. Understand the social media properties and algorithms to be able to come up with content that goes viral

7. Work on coming up with brand-specific ideas and content

8. Be great at communicating with the team

9. Must love makeup/ skincare/ beauty brands
