Social Media Marketing Intern

Location: Mumbai (In-Person)

Stipend: 18,000 per month

Duration: 36 months (with potential full-time offer based on performance)

Layerde is a premium, design-led 3D-printed home dcor brand focused on innovation, aesthetics, and storytelling. We are building a strong digital presence and are looking for a creative, proactive social media & marketing intern who wants real exposure in brand building.

This is not a just post content internship. You will work closely with the founder and be involved in building a design brand from the ground up.

What Youll Be Doing

• Assist in managing and growing Layerdes Instagram and other social media platforms
• Shoot and record behind-the-scenes videos of product development, office work, launches, and creative processes
• Edit and publish reels, stories, and posts regularly
• Help plan and execute campaigns for new product launches
• Assist in running and monitoring paid ads (Meta Ads)
• Track engagement, reach, and performance metrics
• Maintain a content calendar and ensure posting consistency
• Support with website updates, product uploads, and basic content changes
• Research trends, competitors, and new content ideas
• Ensure all content aligns with Layerdes premium brand aesthetic

Who Were Looking For

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Media, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or a related field
• Strong interest in social media, branding, and digital marketing
• Comfortable shooting and editing short-form videos (Reels/Shorts)
• Basic understanding of Instagram trends and algorithms
• Organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
• Strong aesthetic sense and appreciation for design and lifestyle brands
• Willing to work full-time in-person in Mumbai
