Role Overview

We are hiring freshers eager to kickstart their careers in social media and client servicing. As a Social Media Account Manager Intern, you will manage client accounts, coordinate content and campaigns across social platforms, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Strong performers will be considered for a full-time role at the end of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned social media clients.
• Coordinate with creative, copy, and performance teams to execute content calendars and campaigns.
• Plan, schedule, and publish content across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Track and report on social media KPIs reach, engagement, follower growth, and paid performance.
• Monitor platform trends, viral formats, and competitor activity to inform client strategies.
• Maintain project timelines, trackers, and performance reports.
• Identify opportunities for account growth through new formats, platforms, or content approaches.

Qualifications & Skills

• Recent graduate in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business, or a related field freshers welcome.
• Genuine interest in social media you follow platform updates and understand what makes content work.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working with data reading analytics dashboards and building basic reports.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or Canva is a plus, not a requirement.
• Prior internship or project work in social media or digital marketing is an added advantage.
