Job Title: Social Media Marketing Executive

Location: Sector 68, Noida, India(On-site only)

Experience Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in Social Media Management

Industry Experience Required:

Candidates must have prior experience working with at least one of the following industries:

Apparel / Cosmetics / Jewellery / Fragrance / Home Decor / FMCG products

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.

Create engaging content, stories, and interactive reels across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

Implement content strategies and narrative marketing techniques to boost engagement and visibility.

Coordinate with designers and product teams to plan content calendars.

Monitor trends, competitor activity, and platform updates.

Analyze performance metrics and optimize content accordingly.

Requirements:

Proven track record in managing social media for lifestyle/FMCG brands.

Strong grasp of content planning, storytelling, and audience engagement.

Hands-on experience in Reels creation, content writing, and platform-specific strategies.

Good communication skills and creativity.

Must have a personal laptop

Comfortable with 6-day onsite work culture

Immediate joiner preferred (within 1 week).

Must be available for a face-to-face interview in Noida Sector 68.
