Role Description

We are seeking a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager to lead our brands presence across social platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about building communities, growing engagement, and creating scroll-stopping content. This role focuses purely on organic social media strategies SEO and AdWords are not part of this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive organic social media strategy across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Plan and execute content calendars, ensuring alignment with brand tone and marketing objectives
• Collaborate with graphic designers, photographers, and copywriters to produce engaging visuals and captions
• Monitor trends and adapt content to stay relevant and engaging
• Manage daily posting, community engagement, and DM responses
• Support influencer outreach and collaborations as needed
• Stay up-to-date with platform updates and algorithm changes

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience managing brand social media accounts (in-house or agency)
• Strong grasp of platform-specific best practices (especially Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Excellent written English and eye for design and brand voice
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer, or similar
• Creative thinker who can generate ideas independently and run with them
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have

Experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry or hospitality sector

Basic video editing skills (e.g., for Reels or TikTok)

Salary

• 30,000 to 40,000 PM
