Role Overview:

Youll work closely with the Marketing Lead to plan & strategise content, manage social media calendars, support influencer collaborations, and help execute brand IPs, events, and campaigns.This is not just a planning role - its about making things happen on time.

What Youll Do:

• Craft social media strategies for VROs social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & X
• Create content calendar across platforms & manage posting
• Craft & Manage campaigns on META Ads & Google Ads (Understanding of SEO &
• targeting)
• Manage Influencer collaborations (barter+paid)
• Assist the Marketing lead in execution of episodic content, brand events, IPs & partnerships
• Track & maintain content performance reports for real time content optimisations
• Bonus if have on-camera comfort (vox-pop, casual interviews, conversations)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
• Experience in managing social media in mens fashion, grooming, fitness, lifestyle brands OR have worked with an Agency/ Ecom marketplace.
• Managed content & build strategy for social media platforms like Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn & X
• Experience creating lifestyle or culture-led content, Meme marketing
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Bonus if you like experimenting with AI tools
• Bonus if you create content for your own page (send us links)

Tools You Might Use

Notion, Hootsuite (or alternative), Google Sheets, Meta Business Suite for posting, META Ads Manager, basic analytics tools, AI Tools, Canva/Adobe photoshop, etc

(We care more about output than tools.)
