Role Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Manager to manage Vivre Panels social media presence across platforms. This role will focus on content planning, platform management, and performance tracking while ensuring smooth coordination between the design and marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage monthly social media content calendars across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X

Translate brand campaigns and product launches into platform-specific content plans

Coordinate with the design team to ensure timely delivery of creatives and captions

Ensure consistency in posting formats, platform guidelines, and brand communication

Monitor platform performance including engagement, reach, and audience growth

Prepare monthly analytics reports and recommend improvements in content performance

Identify opportunities for improving engagement through content formats and platform features

Work alongside the Performance Marketer to align organic content with paid campaigns

Manage community engagement including comments, messages, and interactions

Required Skills & Expertise

Social Media Management

Experience in managing and maintaining structured social media content calendars

Strong understanding of platform dynamics across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

Ability to analyze engagement data and optimize posting strategies

Software & Tools

Social media scheduling tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, etc.)

Meta Business Suite

LinkedIn platform management

Social media analytics and reporting tools

Google Analytics (basic understanding preferred)

Excel / Google Sheets for reporting and tracking
