We are hiring for the role of "Social Media Manager" for one of our Insuretech Client, based in Bangalore, India


Role Description:

Seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to steer company's presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, and Meta. The ideal candidate will combine a profound understanding of B2B and B2C outreach strategies suitable for these platforms, with a passion for shaping brand narratives in the digital ecosystem. As Company focuses on creating meaningful partnerships and serving a vast array of businesses and members, this role becomes instrumental in cultivating connections, fostering community, and amplifying our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Platform-Specific Strategy & Planning: Craft and execute platform-specific strategies that align with companys brand voice, objectives, and target audience needs, with an emphasis on LinkedIn for B2B outreach and Instagram + YouTube for broader audience engagement.

2. Content Creation & Curation: Lead the development and curation of compelling content tailored for LinkedIn and Instagram. This includes posts, stories, infographics, short videos, and other engaging formats.

3. Engagement & Community Building: Actively foster connections on LinkedIn, leveraging its networking capabilities, while cultivating a vibrant community on Instagram to drive brand loyalty and engagement.

4. Performance Tracking & Optimization: Regularly monitor and report on key performance indicators specific to LinkedIn and Instagram, using insights to refine strategies and campaigns.

5. Collaboration: Liaise with the marketing, PR, and product teams to align social media initiatives with broader organisational goals and campaigns.

6. Trend Monitoring: Stay abreast of emerging trends and features on LinkedIn and Instagram to keep Company at the forefront of social media innovation.

7. Paid Campaigns: Oversee and optimize paid advertising campaigns on these platforms to enhance reach and engagement.

8. Team Development: Guide and mentor junior staff or interns, ensuring consistency and quality across all social media outputs.
