Job Description

Unnati Anam Consultancy is hiring for Options a Mumbai-based, multi-brand fashion and lifestyle retail group


At Options we have a strong legacy in offline retail and a growing digital presence. The group manages four clothing categories spanning baby & toddler wear (led by Green Bell, a trusted name since 1989), maternity wear, womens ethnic wear, and teen/adult fast fashion, along with a strong groom wear category featuring collections from some of the top designers in the segment. With a focus on quality, trust, and customer experience, Options is now strengthening a cohesive, trend-led digital identity across all categories.


Location: Juhu, Mumbai

Work Mode: Onsite

Days: Monday - Saturday

Timings: 11:00 AM 8:00 PM

Salary: 30 to 35k per month

Experience: 1-3 years


Role Summary: We are hiring a Social Media Manager to manage social media for a multi-brand fashion and lifestyle retail group across four categories: baby & kids, maternity, womens ethnic wear, groom wear, and teen/adult fashion. The role requires strong execution skills, trend awareness, and hands-on content management suited to retail brands.


Responsibilities

Content & Platform Management

  • Manage daily posting and upkeep of social media accounts
  • Create and publish posts, stories, and reels
  • Ensure profiles, highlights, and content formats remain updated and relevant
  • Maintain visual and tonal consistency across categories

Content Planning & Execution

  • Build monthly content calendars aligned with collections, offers, and retail cycles
  • Adapt content styles for different target audiences
  • Coordinate with store teams for shoots and on-ground content
  • Execute content as per timelines and approvals

Engagement & Trend Alignment

  • Monitor DMs, comments, and basic community interactions
  • Track fashion and social media trends and apply them practically
  • Support influencer content and collaborations when required

Performance Tracking

  • Monitor reach, engagement, and content performance
  • Maintain simple performance trackers
  • Share insights to improve content effectiveness


Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience managing social media for fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands
  • Strong understanding of Instagram content, including reels, trends, and audience engagement
  • Ability to manage multiple categories while maintaining clear tone and content differentiation
  • Proficiency in Canva for day-to-day creatives (mandatory)
  • Working knowledge of reel editing and content publishing tools
  • Strong written communication and captioning skills
  • Understanding of retail calendars, launches, offers, and seasonal content
  • Comfortable coordinating with store teams in an on-site environment
  • Organized, execution-focused, and able to meet deadlines consistently
