Social Media Manager

Role Summary

We are seeking a social media & growth manager who can lead strategy, execution, and client communication with clarity and ownership.

This role goes beyond content scheduling. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building structured social media growth strategies, managing client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and ensuring measurable performance outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

• Develop monthly social media strategies aligned with client objectives
• Create structured content calendars (organic and paid alignment)
• Ensure platform-specific optimization (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
• Identify trends and integrate them strategically

2. Client Management

• Lead client meetings and performance discussions
• Present strategies, reports, and growth plans
• Manage feedback and approvals professionally
• Maintain clear communication and timeline adherence

3. Team Coordination

• Work closely with designers, content writers, video editors, and performance marketing teams
• Provide clear briefs and execution guidelines
• Ensure minimal rework through structured planning
• Drive accountability and timely delivery

4. AI & Process Optimization

• Utilize AI tools for content ideation, refinement, and workflow efficiency
• Support automation of repetitive processes
• Improve turnaround time and output quality
• Contribute to building scalable content systems

5. Performance & Analytics

• Track and analyze engagement metrics, reach, CTR, and conversions
• Identify performance gaps and improvement opportunities
• Recommend testing strategies for continuous growth
• Present actionable insights to clients

Required Skills & Qualifications

Communication

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Confident client-facing ability
• Strong presentation skills
• Tamil/Hindi proficiency is an advantage

Technical Understanding

• Strong knowledge of Instagram and LinkedIn growth strategies
• Understanding of content hooks, engagement psychology, and CTA development
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads and paid amplification

Tools

• Meta Business Suite
• LinkedIn Analytics
• Google Analytics (Basic understanding)
• Project management tools (Notion or equivalent)
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Canva AI, etc.
